Exchange And Returns Policy

We are sorry if your recent purchase is not quite what you wanted. If you wish to return any item to us, our policy is as follows:

1. In accordance with Irish consumer legislation, any item returned to us that is bought at full price must be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery to you in order to be eligible for a refund. The item must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form and must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the sale tag still attached and free of odour or smell.  The item must be folded and zipped/buttoned and sent back to us with all packaging intact and in the same condition that you would have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item and refund you the purchase price if it does not comply with any of the above requirements and which we deem not to be in a saleable condition.

If you reside outside the EU and choose to return an item by post, it may attract a customs charge. If that occurs, we will receive a notification from our postal service, An Post, advising us that they are unable to deliver your item to us until the customs charge has been paid. We will immediately notify you of that customs charge and seek payment of that customs charge from you. Once you have put us in funds, we will arrange to pay that customs charge and seek delivery of the item from An Post. We will then arrange to refund you the purchase price of the item provided it complies with the requirements outlined above. In these circumstances, we will treat the date of notification to us by An Post as the return date of the item.

2. Provided you strictly comply with the above requirements, we will at your election either (i) issue you with a full refund excluding the delivery cost (unless you have received the incorrect order) or (ii) exchange the item. Any differential in price on exchange must be paid by you or will be refunded by us.

3. Any item sold by us at a price discounted by less than 50% can be returned but is only eligible for an exchange or a credit note. It must not only also be received back by us within 14 days from the day of delivery to you but also comply with the requirements listed at 1 above.

4. Any item discounted by 50% or more is not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. Exceptions are made where items are faulty (see below). It follows that Clearance Rail items (items discounted by 70% or more) are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit note. 

5. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we would recommend that you use a secure delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel. We also advise that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items we do not receive. Sending your item by recorded or registered post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us. Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be re-sent at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.

Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products: Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on its way to you. Under these circumstances, provided we are satisfied that the item is faulty or has been damaged, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the purchase price of the item and your original postage.

Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can affect the appearance of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut. This is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion.

With some dresses, where we think the image is not an exact representation of the actual colour of the dress in real life (which may be due to lighting), we will attach a colour code in the images of this dress on the website to ensure you see the correct/nearest colour to the dress.
