We are sorry if your recent purchase isn’t quite what you wanted. If you wish to return anything our policy is as follows:
1. NOTE: Sale items that are at a discounted price are only eligible for a credit note or exchange ONLY as long as we receive the dress back within our 14 day policy. Clearance Rail stock is sold as is and exchange or return are NOT accepted as these are discounted by 70% or more. Exceptions are made where items are faulty – see below.
2. Any item returned to us that is bought at full price must be returned 14 days from the day of delivery to you. The item must be accompanied by the receipt and must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed WITH the sale tag still attached and free of odour or smell. It must also be replaced in its original cellophane bag. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item which does not comply with these conditions and which we deem not to be in a saleable condition.
3. Provided you strictly comply with these requirements, we will at your election either (i) issue you with a full refund excluding the delivery cost (Unless you have received the incorrect order) or (ii) exchange the item. Any differential in price on exchange must be paid by you or will be refunded by us.
The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact and in an “as new” condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED & ZIPPED / BUTTONED and repackaging carefully or they will incur a €2 restocking fee per item.
4. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we ask that you please use a secure delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items we do not receive. Sending your item by recorded or registered post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us. Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be re-sent at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.

Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can effect the appearance of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut – this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion.
With some dresses, where we think the image is not an exact representation of the actual colour of the dress in real life (which may be due to lighting), we will attach a colour code in the images of this dress on the website to ensure you see the correct/nearest colour to the dress.
Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products:
Please contact us immediately if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you. Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the item(s) and your original postage.
